Sketch Night Curated by Machine Dazzle & A.E. Kieren

Join us Thursday, April 4, 2024, from 6:30pm — 8:30pm at the Materials for the Arts warehouse for a special night curated by Spring 2023 Artist-in-Residence Machine Dazzle and sketch artist A.E. Kieren. The evening will feature nude posing by former Broadway dancer Kenneth Ard and multi-hyphenate artist Darlinda Just Darlinda for attendees to sketch. Prior to the activity, Kieren will educate participants on basic anatomy to aid their artistic process. NYC-acclaimed costume designer and self-ascribed maximalist Dazzle will curate a selection of extravagant headwear and sheer garments for the workshop.
